TirzeFlow logs your weekly tirzepatide shot and keeps the injection site rotation for you: after every entry it shows which site comes next, between abdomen and thigh, right and left. You pick the dose your prescriber ordered, confirm the site and save. The history keeps the date, the dose and the side of every injection.

TirzeFlow is a weight diary built for people who weigh in often: logging means tapping − or + and saving, with no keyboard. The weekly trend is worked out from one weigh-in per week rather than from the raw list, so stepping on the scale every day does not skew the average or the pace the app shows.
Learn more: Your weight, without the keyboard or the noise.
Keeping the weight off after treatment is a phase of its own, and TirzeFlow has a screen for it. You set your exit weight and a band around it; the app counts how many weeks you stayed inside the band, draws that band on the chart and shows when the trend of the last few weeks starts to leave it.
Learn more: Maintenance, the part other apps forget.
Every dose logged in TirzeFlow is the one your prescriber ordered. The app does not suggest a titration step, does not work out a dosage and never tells you it is time to go up.
It shows what your numbers say as the weeks go by. Your doctor decides what to do about it.
Two scales from 1 to 5, one tap a day, with the trend of the last few weeks.
A calorie and protein target from your profile, with a sample menu that respects your dietary restrictions. The target never drops below 1,200 kcal.
For your shot, for water and for restocking pens, on the day and at the time you choose.
How many days until your next shot, on your home screen — with no dose, weight or drug name on display.
An estimate of the drug in your body based on the injections you logged. It is an estimate, and it is not for deciding when to inject.
And no selling of your data. The app has neither.
Progress photos are encrypted on your phone and never go to the server.
You delete your account from inside the app, and that removes everything. It is not a deactivation.
