About TirzeFlow

TirzeFlow is a diary for tirzepatide treatment and weight loss. It records what you have already done and shows what those numbers say as the weeks go by.

The app is built by Guilherme Passarinho, a software developer in Brazil. There is no pharmaceutical company, clinic or advertiser behind it.

TirzeFlow is not a medical device, does not diagnose and does not prescribe. Every dose logged is the one your prescriber ordered.

The app came out of a gap: tracking apps tend to stop when treatment ends, and that is exactly when keeping the weight off gets hard. That is why maintenance has a screen of its own in TirzeFlow, rather than being a detail of the weight chart.

The app is free, with no ads and no selling of your data. Your entries live in your account, and you can delete the account from inside the app, which erases everything. Progress photos are a case apart: they stay encrypted on your device and never reach the server.

The numbers the app works out have a stated origin. The calorie target uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, with a floor of 1,200 kcal; the symptom intensity scale was adapted from the PRO-CTCAE, from the National Cancer Institute; and the estimated drug curve uses data from the prescribing information and from a pharmacokinetics study. What TirzeFlow does with those numbers is show them and read the trend. It does not recommend a course of action: changing your dose, pausing or resuming treatment is a decision between you and the professional who follows you.
