This week's shot, with the rotation kept for you.
TirzeFlow logs your weekly tirzepatide shot and keeps the injection site rotation for you: after every entry it shows which site comes next, between abdomen and thigh, right and left. You pick the dose your prescriber ordered, confirm the site and save. The history keeps the date, the dose and the side of every injection.
You log what was prescribed.
Every dose logged in TirzeFlow is the one your prescriber ordered. The app does not suggest a titration step, does not work out a dosage and never tells you it is time to go up. It is a diary: it keeps what happened, with the date and the site, for you and for whoever follows your treatment.
Logging is short. The site is already suggested by the rotation; the dose you choose on every entry — the app leaves none preselected, so it never proposes a number. Nothing is sent to anyone beyond your own account.
The rotation remembers where the last one went.
There are four sites: right abdomen, left abdomen, right thigh and left thigh. The app goes through the four in order and shows the next one on the Dose screen, so you do not have to rely on your memory of a week ago. If you injected somewhere else, just pick the right site: the rotation carries on from there.
On your phone's home screen, a widget shows how many days are left until the next shot. It does not display the dose, your weight or the name of the drug, because it sits in plain view of anyone who glances at your phone.
One shot a week, and no double entries.
The app accepts one injection per week. If you try to log a second one in the same week, it does not simply refuse: it shows the one that is already there and offers to correct that entry. That covers the case where you typed the wrong date or the wrong dose.
Local reminders go off on the day and at the time you choose. They are scheduled on the device itself, follow the app's language and are removed when you sign out. And an entry made by mistake can be deleted from the history.
Frequently asked questions
Does TirzeFlow suggest when to increase the dose?
No. The app logs the dose your prescriber ordered and makes no suggestion about titration, dosage or when to go up. Any change of dose is your doctor's decision.
Which injection sites does the rotation use?
Four: right abdomen, left abdomen, right thigh and left thigh. The app shows the next one in the sequence after every entry, and you can pick another if you injected somewhere different.
What happens if I log two shots in the same week?
The app shows the injection already logged for that week and offers to correct that entry instead of creating a second one. That keeps the history at one shot per week.
Can I delete a shot I logged by mistake?
Yes. In the history on the Dose screen, the Edit button reveals a delete option on every row. Deleting really removes the entry, and the rotation and the stock are worked out again.
Does the widget show my dose?
No. The widget only shows how many days until the next shot, or how many days since the last one. The dose, your weight and the drug name never appear, because a home screen is visible to other people.
