Photos that never leave your device.
Progress photos in TirzeFlow are truly private: they stay encrypted on your device and are never sent to the server. To compare, you drag a divider between before and after. Alongside them, the app logs five body measurements, one at a time, the way a tape measure works.
Encrypted on the device, off the server.
Every photo is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it is written, and the key sits in the system's secure storage, restricted to that device. Photos are not part of your account, do not go to the app's cloud and do not appear in the report.
The consequence is stated honestly: because they exist only on the device, they do not move to a new phone along with your account, and uninstalling the app loses them too — the photos screen says so. Signing out does not delete them. Deleting your account does.
Comparing means dragging a divider.
To see the difference, you pick two photos and drag the divider from one side to the other. The comparison opens full screen, because a narrow column is not enough to see change in a body.
The screen is plain paper, with no frame and no filter. There is no score and no comment about the photo: it is yours, and the app only stores it and shows it.
Each photo is tied to the date it was logged. What shows change is the comparison between two distant dates, framed in a similar way — which is why the screen is organized by date rather than as an album.
Five measurements, one at a time.
Waist, hips, arm, chest and thigh. You choose which one you are measuring and adjust the value in steps of half a centimeter. The first reading of each type is typed in, because the app has nowhere to start from yet; from the second one on, you only adjust the previous value.
The screen highlights one measurement at a time, with how much it has changed since the first, and lists all five just below. Measurements go into the PDF report, with the range for the period.
A measurement tells part of the story that weight does not: the scale can stand still while your waist changes. That is why each type of measurement has its own timeline, with a history by date.
Frequently asked questions
Are my photos sent to a server?
No. Progress photos stay on your device only, encrypted. The TirzeFlow server does not receive them at any point.
What happens to my photos if I sign out?
They stay on the device. Signing out does not delete photos. Deleting your account does, along with everything else.
Do photos move to a new phone?
Not automatically. Because they are encrypted with a key that belongs to that device and kept off the server, they do not follow your account when you change phones.
Which body measurements can I log?
Five: waist, hips, arm, chest and thigh. Each one is logged separately, in centimeters, adjusted half a centimeter at a time.
Do photos appear in the PDF report?
No. The report carries your measurements but not your photos. They do not leave the device through any path in the app.
