TirzeFlow Download

Your pen stock and your spending, in plain view.

TirzeFlow keeps track of the pens for your treatment: you log each purchase, and the app shows how many injections are left, on what date your stock runs out and what the treatment has cost so far. Every shot you log comes off the stock on its own, and a reminder can tell you when it is time to buy again.

TirzeFlow stock screen, with the injections left and the spending

Every purchase, with date and price.

When you log a purchase, you enter the date, the dose, how many injections it gives you and, if you like, the price. The price is optional: without it the stock works the same way, and only the spending is left out.

The app shows what is left of the dose you are on. If there are pens left over from an earlier dose, that appears as a separate fact, without going into the calculation of when your stock runs out. A purchase logged wrong can be deleted.

The stock only takes off injections made from the first logged purchase of that dose onward. Someone who starts using the app partway through treatment does not see a negative stock because of older history. And injecting beyond what was logged does not become a debt: the next purchase counts in full.

When it runs out, and the restock reminder.

With one shot a week, the app works out on what date the logged stock ends. When one injection is left, or none, the Today screen shows a quiet line saying so.

The restock reminder is optional. Switched on, it schedules a single notice on the device for the day after you are down to one injection or none. Spending appears as two numbers: the total and the last thirty days.

The amount is shown in Brazilian reais. The spending figure is there so you know what the treatment costs and can take that number into your own planning; the app does not compare prices and does not point you to where to buy.

The estimated curve is only an estimate.

On the same screen, the app draws an estimated curve of the drug in your body over the last eight weeks, worked out from the injections you logged, using the half-life described in the prescribing information.

The curve has no axis, no percentage and no marker for today, on purpose. It is a general estimate, not a measurement of you, and it is not for deciding when to inject. The interval between shots is set by your prescriber.

Frequently asked questions

How does the app know how many injections are left?

It adds up the injections from the purchases you logged and takes off every shot logged since the first purchase of that dose. The result is what is left.

Do I have to enter the price of the pens?

No. The price is optional. Without it, the app keeps counting your stock and the date it runs out; only the total spending is not worked out.

Does the app tell me when to buy again?

If you switch on the restock reminder, yes. It schedules a notice on the device for the day after the logged stock is down to one injection or none. Without the reminder, the information appears on the Today screen.

Does the estimated curve show my actual drug level?

No. It is an estimate worked out from the injections you logged and from data in the prescribing information, not a measurement of your body. It is not for deciding when to inject.

Can I correct a purchase I logged wrong?

You can delete the purchase and log it again with the right details. The stock and the spending are worked out again straight away.
